Please note that all bookings are strictly non refundable and considered as due.
We are only able to host a limited amount of guests every year, thus we are unable to offer any refund on our experiences. Any changes to the booking up to 14 days prior in Summer and 21 days in Winter to the experience will incur a 10% fee (minimum of $50) of the total amount of the booking unless exceptional circumstances. No changes available in bookings within 14 days in Summer and 21 days in Winter of the experience, unless exceptional circumstances, any outstanding balance are considered due and non refundable. 
If you changed your mind and would like to cancel your stay, the full amount is still considered as due as per our standard T&C.

Alpine Nature Experience is fully licensed. Strictly NO BYO food or alcohol.

Outdoor Hot-tub Experience for 2 people available. Select package on the second page of your booking.

SEARCH AVAILABILITY: To see availability for a specific item, just enter a keyword in the search bar above the calendar. For exemple for the dinner experience type "Fondue" or "Hypedome" for the overnight, "Falls" for the hike etc...   

BUNDLE AND SAVE: Book any of our activities as part of your stay and save 10%! Just add the activity on the last page of the booking and the price will be adjusted automatically. 

GROUPS: We offer exclusive intimate experiences thus limit the number of bookings we take.If you are short of one or two spot available, send us an email, we may just be able to squeeze your group in. If you would like to book for a group, but and there isn't enough sports available on your preferred date please send us an email.
